Shipping Guideline

Following are terms and conditions that constitutes our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 working days within UAE. However, customer can choose the same day delivery once they pick the “special delivery” on shipping method with 100.00 dirhams special shipping cost.

International Shipping Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days to 2 weeks

⚠️ Failure to report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery may result in your return or refund request being declined.

General Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted after agreement between the customer and the seller.
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, especially:

Cosmetics and Skincare products

These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations. Once opened, they cannot be exchanged or resold.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

Our shipping partner will be notified.

The item will be collected from your address within 1–2 business days.

It will then be delivered back to our store.

After we receive the returned item, you may choose one of the following options:

✅ Receive a full refund

We don’t have tracking in the system, but you can WhatsApp us 📲 and we’ll check with the courier 🚚.
